Inspiration Weekend
3-4 augusti
Stockholm
For you who are teaching or going to teach jazzdance or just wants to be a part of a community
and looking for inspiration.
"I miss being inspired by other teachers in ways beyond just taking a class. I have this intense desire to meet others, share what we're all going through, and simply be there for the love of dance without feeling competitive. It's all about that deep passion we have for dancing and teaching others to dance.
So, I created my own space to meet YOU. A place where we can inspire each other, and you can have the opportunity to be inspired by me and others in the same room. Let's come together to share our passion, learn from one another, and create a supportive, non-competitive environment where we can all thrive."
Maria Sundin
Dancer, choreographer , teacher and owner of Libertad Studio.

After 15 years of teaching 10-20 classes a week, I needed to find what makes me excited to wake up in the morning and look forward to the next class and the next group of students. How could I bring that passion and joy I feel when dancing to others?
What I often forgot is that teaching is also about me, not just about the students. I needed to create classes that I find fun and enjoyable so that the students can't help but follow along. That's how I inspire my students every day to choose technique over just performing the choreography. I don’t need to push them; they want it so much that I don’t have a choice but to figure out more and more technical exercises that makes a better dancers/musical artists."
